Congratulations to the winning team – Sherbrooke Villagers!!! They will be receiving a community fund of $15,000 for a project that benefits their local community! We will be posting updates and photos of the project as it progresses, so check back often for updates. Check out the Edmonton Examiner’s article on the Edmonton Community Challenge here.
Congratulations also to the 2nd place team – Green Machine!!! They will be receiving a community fund of $2,000 for a project that benefits their local community! Thank you to the EFCL for their generous donation to this fund.
We want to thank all the sponsors, especially Boardwalk Rental Communities and TELUS, our partners, volunteers, and the participants for making this 1st year such a great success! It would not have happened without everyone’s contributions and hard work. We look forward to making this an annual event and working with everyone again next year. Make sure you check the website frequently for updates on the community projects and details regarding next year’s Edmonton Community Challenge!
Have a great summer and see you next year!
